The origins of fireworks trace back to ancient times, believed to have begun in Liuyang, China, around the 2nd century B.C. Initially, natural elements like bamboo stalks were utilized, which emitted loud noises when heated, serving as rudimentary firecrackers. The evolution of fireworks progressed with the invention of gunpowder in China between 600-900 AD, leading to the development of the first man-made fireworks housed in bamboo sticks or paper tubes.
